Jerome M. Adams

 

Attorney Adams was born and raised in the McKeesport area. He received his BA from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and earned a Masters in Education from the University of Richmond before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond in 1962. In addition to his vast experience in Elder Law, Mr. Adams has an extensive background in banking. He served for many years as Bank Director and Chairman of the Trust Committee at McKeesport National Bank. He also acted as Bank Director at Three Rivers Bank and US Bancorp, where he was also on the Trust Committee.

John J. Myers

 

Attorney Myers is from the White Oak area. He currently serves the needs of our clients throughout southwestern Pennsylvania, but primarily works in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. With over 30 years of service as an attorney in the locality, he is experienced in handling cases involving personal injury, family, real estate, estate administration and planning. In addition, he specializes in Elder Law. Mr. Myers has worked with a diverse number of clients over the years and continues to offer personal service accommodating clients in their homes and assisted living residences, in addition to catering to other out-of-office situations. Attorney Myers is always available to clients to answer questions and to assist them with their legal needs.

Ryan L. Dansak

Ryan L. Dansak

 

Attorney Dansak was born and raised in North Huntingdon Township and is a graduate of Norwin High School. He received his BA from The College of Wooster in Ohio, his MA from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University.

He writes and lectures frequently on estate planning, estate administration, and real property, as well as on technological issues affecting legal professionals. Mr. Dansak is also an adjunct professor of legal research and writing at Duquesne University’s Paralegal Institute, where his students learn how to read and interpret statutes, case law, and secondary resources and how to write effectively in a legal career.

In practice, Mr. Dansak believes that the legal profession is first and foremost a customer service profession. He believes that attorneys should always be readily accessible to their clients, and should give individual, personalized attention to each client and his or her legal situation.
